- Service Overview
ZionCare is a digital health platform provided by our company, combining multi-night home sleep testing with digital sleep improvement programs. It helps users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the user") understand their sleep condition and receive personalized analysis and recommendations from professional sleep physicians or clinical psychologists (hereinafter referred to as "medical professionals"). ZionCare aims to break the limitations of time and location, allowing every user to access scientific, convenient, and professional sleep care services. Before using ZionCare, please ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use this service.
- Amendments and Notifications
The company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and will announce updates on the ZionCare platform without providing individual notifications. You should periodically review the latest terms. Continued use of the service after revisions are announced will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Service Content and Usage Guidelines
The digital health services provided by ZionCare include but are not limited to: multi-night home sleep testing, sleep recording and analysis, digital sleep improvement programs, and remote consultations with medical professionals.
By using this service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and other rules announced on the platform.
If you conduct transactions for products or services through ZionCare, you must also comply with the relevant ordering terms and payment regulations. The company does not intervene in interactions between users and medical professionals. Any disputes arising between the two parties should be resolved by the parties themselves.
- Eligibility Restrictions
This service is not available for children under the age of 7. If you are a minor between the ages of 7 and 20, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian to register and use the service. Users who have previously been suspended or terminated from ZionCare are not allowed to re-register for the platform.
- Privacy Protection
We place great importance on the protection of your personal data. Please refer to the ZionCare "Privacy Policy" to understand how we collect, process, use, and protect your personal information.
- Account Management and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account and keep your account and password secure. If you discover that your account has been misused or compromised, you must notify the company immediately. Unless you have received prior written consent from the company, you may not transfer, lend, or sell your account.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the ZionCare platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, trademarks, and logos, is protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. Without authorization from the company or the original rights holder, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly broadcast, or otherwise use such content.
- Use of Service Records and Video Content
ZionCare does not automatically record meeting content. If a medical professional needs to conduct audio or video recording or any other form of documentation, they must obtain separate written consent from the user and sign the relevant authorization or access agreement. Without clear consent from both parties, the company will not access or use video communication content.
- Prohibited Activities
When using ZionCare services, you must comply with the law and may not engage in the following activities:
- Distributing obscene, violent, discriminatory, infringing, or unethical content
- Disclosing others’ private information or engaging in personal attacks
- Falsifying or impersonating others to register or use platform features
- Spreading viruses or harmful programs to interfere with system operations
- Harassing, threatening, or defaming medical professionals or other users
- Using or altering another user’s account information without authorization
- Other activities that violate these terms or constitute misuse of platform services
- Account Termination and Suspension
- Users may request to terminate their account at any time.
- The company will notify the user of the relevant action taken via the platform. Please pay attention to your account notifications.
- You will be notified through your registered account. Please stay updated.
- Disclaimer
- The results provided by ZionCare’s home sleep testing are for reference only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis or replace a physician’s professional opinion.
- Users should follow the recommendations of medical professionals for further actions. If any damage occurs due to self-interpretation of the results or failure to follow medical advice, the user shall bear full responsibility.
- The company shall not be liable for any legal responsibilities or compensation claims arising between users and medical professionals.
- Liability for Damages
If you violate these terms or relevant laws and cause damage to the company or any third party, you shall bear full liability for compensation, including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation costs, and related expenses.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any dispute, the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
- Severability
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. All other terms shall remain fully effective and applicable.
